help with crappy cms

Hi all,

I've been hired to update a site for a client through their completely buggy CMS. I was hoping someone could give me a clue to help get the thing working on my end. When I try to engage the visual editor, I get this message:

Any ideas what I need to do?

Do you have a mailserver @ localhost?

No, I've never dealt with that, never used outlook or anything. What do I need to do?

even if I did though, I have no access to any of their code, just the cms...

If you have no access to their server, there really isn't anythin you CAN do.

The error a.o.t. tells you that there is no email service set up on the server. Subsequently there is an error finding the file 'header.php'.

Really.. If you get that sort of errors you need to talk to them to have someone verify their scripts first. Looks like they moved servers, or their provider updated some things, and they did not adjust all the scripts..
