GooGle Map API Question PolyLines

Hello

I have a quick question hoping someone can point me in the right direction or give a sample code.

What I am wanting to do is place a polyline on a google map by address from point a to point b. Everything I have seen so far only accepts lat and longitude if someone could point me in the right direction would be appericated
