Please excuse the question as I've gotten rusty over the past few years , not coding as much as I should have... but here's my question..
I've got several fields of data, pulled from different text files...
there are many characters such as quotes, apostrophes and other such -- what's the best way to clean the data to prepare it to insert into a record?
