CSS Themes? for PHP/MySQL Output

Hello there - ultra newb here. I'm starting out in PHP/MySQL by simply re-formatting existing code here at the new job so it looks better on the eye. I was sitting here hand coding each output table and whatnot and then I was working with the new WORD that includes layout themes.

Was wondering if there's such a thing in the PHP/MySQL world - something that could automate the process of getting data to look good and consistent design-wise without spending alot of time...

Not exactly sure what you're looking for, but all you should need to do is judiciously apply some id and/or class attributes to the HTML tags output by your PHP application, then create/modify a CSS stylesheet to control the visual presentation however you'd like it to be.
