Is possible to do this… for example I have the following text:

"Ingrid Bonde, director-general of the Swedish regulator Finansinpektionen, is stepping down from her current to take a job at one of the country’s largest pension funds."

Is it possible to select and place into an array the letters in red (starting with a capital letter)
