mysql sort column and get individual

ok, this is my layout.......

name | account |
---------------------
mike   |123456  |
---------------------
jeff     |654321  |

name = name of a person

account = six number sequence

there some names with the same account number

what i want to do is make a list of all of the names with a specified account number.
so like if i am looking for account number 123456 it would show that and all other names on that account.

What do you mean by a "list".

To get the names you just select by the id:

select name from theTable where account = 123456

Then build the display in php.
