google map api drive direction by latitude and longitdue of start ane end point

google map drive direction usually is from point A to point B by offering point A and point B address.

Is there a google map api example that offers drive direction from Point A to point B by given point A and point B's latitude & longitude instead of address?

The reason is that the addresses saved in database may not be exact the format google map api accept. So when i create the drive direction from records in my database if the address not match google api format, i may not be able to auto created the drive direction. But due to every record i have in database has the right latitude and longitude, so if google can give the drive direction by the latitude and longitude then i am fine.

Google Map API direction is from A to B.

Did any one program google map api direction for multiple points, for example start from A, goes to B, and then B to C ... G to H etc, in the order A, B, C, ..., G, H as I give?

Plus, did any one know if google map API had the solutions that given several points, A, B, C, D, ... H (address or latitude & longitude), google map api automatically come up with shortest drive direction link all these points together in the order that has the shortest path?
