i am trying to run the msnbot code from

and am getting this error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function curl_init() in C:\Program Files\xampp\htdocs\learning\msnp\msnp9.class.php on line 257

can anyone please help?

run phpinfo() and see if PHP is running with CURL enabled.
