ionCube not loaded at runtime, ionCube not loaded in php.ini -- pls help me

hi all,
i'm a newbie and i hope you guys can help me. i bought a software to make a website. when i completed uploading it to my server and it ran server requirements page, a page shown up saying that NO = ionCube Loaded at Runtime; NO = ionCube Loaded in php.ini; and NO = Zend Optimizer Installed.

i do have ioncube folder, php_uploads folder and php.ini file on my server. what do i have to do to fix this? pls help me. thanks.
