I don't think there is a way to submit using a text link in html anyways. The only way I know how, and this is what I do on my site, go to an image editor and type for instance submit or whatever you want the link to say. Then save the text as an image and use that as the submit button. It won't have text effects, like mouseover, but it will look like a typed link.
