Design Help!

Hello everyone

I´m not sure if this is the right forum for this topic but I diden´t find anyelse topic that seemed to fit.

I need some design help for my website. My currant design you can se on this link
http://www.spelkontroll.net/ and I like that design but it looks like every other swedish gamesite. So I have built a new design in photoshop to start with but now I would like some opinions if I should change my design or not, this new design is brighter and I have also changed alot of other things. The text is in swedish so maybe you wont understand but I hope that it dosen´t matter.

The logo and background is still under construktion så it´s just the layout and colors I want help with🙂

If your design is only design issues (css and stuff) and no/minimal code changing, I would compare your visitor stats, new visitors & retention of new visitors; run with the new design for a bit.

I think that a decision to change the design is very much up to you and the group of people that are running the site. On the one hand: If it ain't broke, don't go fixing it; On the other hand: Gaming sites need to be somewhat forefront site I think. Gamers typically would be into computers, web and digital stuff, and expect flashy, trendy sites.

Personally I'd prefer the newer design.
