Closest thing I found: OCR B or OCR A
It looks very close, where can I download this font for free?
OCRA is on my Windows Vista notebook. I don't know off-hand if it came with Vista, with my installation of The GIMP, or something else. Otherwise, all I can suggest is www.google.com/search?q=ocra+font and www.google.com/search?q=ocrb+font 🙂
