Dont jump to the top of the site? PHP?

I have gotten pretty far with my new design for the site now and if you check on the site at this address http://www.spelkontroll.net/Beta/index.php you will see if you scroll down a bit links that says "Recensioner, Beta-tester, Retro, SK-TV" and when you click on one of those links it till change my databas question and I it works fine except that when I click on one of the links, the page jumps to the top again and I would like it to not to jump to the top just change that box does anyone know how I can do that?

It is the same if you clicks on one of the dots that it jumps to the top of the page and I would like it not to do that there either so if anyone can help me if it is PHP, Ajax or Javascript if it is Ajax I also would need some help how that works🙂

I think simple html anchors can do that; in your code you add a name to your <a...> links. In the link, you also add the name in the link: index.php#THENAME
