Can someone tell me how to import tables in ASCII version to MySQL?
Thank you
Define "ASCII version": CSV, tab-delimited, SQL file, etc.?
they said "data is published in Windows 8-bit ASCII format (Windows Code Page 1252)."
get a file, post a line. Telling you that it is windows 8-bit tells you something about the bytes, but nothing about the content structure
the file is data.txt and the content is something like this:

Looks like it's probably a tab-delimited file, but create in MSWord or such, making it very non-portable. You might try opening up the original file in Word, then doing a "Save As" as a plain ASCII text file.
the problem is.. the size of the file is 3gb
btw what is mean?

I believe it's just an indication of some character that cannot be displayed via the current character set.
