Clear/rotate Log File

Im running Apache2Triad.

The myaccess.log file located at C:\apache2triad\mysql\logs is over 4 Gigs. How can i reduce/clear this? I know I'm not supposed delete it.

Thanks for the suggestion. I ended up just turning off MySql, then erasing the file and recreating a new one. seems to have worked.
