Single Account for Multi Application

Hi,

I need your help how to design system such as Yahoo. Every individu has only one account to log in into Yahoo service such as yahoo Mail, YM, Flickr, Yahoo Group and etc. I didn't have a problem to create account username and password in my previous system development. Now, I want to set up only one account and password to all my staff in my organization for they to enter the many application. If they change a password in their email, the new password for they enter others application also change.

I hope you all can give me an idea for this problem

have one table with authentication details, and one table with the applicationsthey can be authenticated for. So if a user is logged in, and request access to application 'Z', you check the application table to see whether the user is allowed to access that application (No need to ask for username-password: He is already logged in oo your platform).
