This is without using a form. If I pass a variable like HTTP_RERRER, the www.name.com?id=123&name=NAME shows in the status bar when I roll over the link. On the second page that does all the work, it only shows www.name.com?id=123. I tried urlencoding and strreplace with %3F for the ? and & for the &. They don't work.
How do I keep the URL from being stripped from the first & instance to the end?
