HELP! what is help center live???

please! can somebody explain to me what is help center live and what is the purpose of it. cause my boss ask me to install it in our company domain and use it. i already added departments. but i dont know what the whole script is for. i try to google it but ive come up to the same result which is the web page of help center live. has somebody use it in here already?? can you please teach me. please please kudasai!

i understand that this help center live is for interactive purpose between the client and the users. but i cant get it done after installing. i already joined their forum and ask things out but i guess they just ignore my questions aw! i really need to get things done please help me. thank you very much!

i was logged as an admin because im the one who installed it. i can go to the admin panel but i dont know what to do there. i have added departments but i dont know what is that for and also i cannot initiate a chat. i learned that it has. i can see the generate code and try to paste it in one html page and it only shows me the online icon:
that when click brings me to the index page of help center that i installed which is something like this:
