[RESOLVED] YouTube like TAGS

Just a quick question here, maybe some direction to where i should look or look into, but what I am trying to figure out is,

within a table i have a field called dvd_starring

this is what the data looks like,

bob, joe, john, harry, bill, fred, eric

How can i make these names individual links. Im not sure where i would look to achieve this or what it might be called.
