A Message Board in PHP

Ok i'm new to PHP and MySQL and can't seem to get my head around it.

What I want is a forums on my website.

The forums contains just one category to post and reply to threads.

A Register/Login pages of course

Each member has a profile.

And a private messaging thing on it.

I have downloaded and got onto phpMyAdmin.

The Question is with the MySQL bit, i have created a database called DPJ and now am stuck as to what tables to create for what etc.

And then how to put them into a website etc.

Please help i really wanna learn this but cant as i said get my head around it.

I suggest you "get your head around it" a little more first. Zend has some very good beginner tutorials for learning PHP. Here's one on databases.
