while loop for multiple image upload

Clearly I fit into the newbies category. The php IRC channel gave up helping me.

I am trying to loop this script http://pastebin.org/52253 from this site http://www.theopensurgery.com/29/php-upload-and-resize-image-script/ to upload multiple files. Everything I try loop wise causes a previously working script to throw errors. How do I add this loop that the site claims to be easy?

I do understand the concept of the while loop but I just can't seem to get the conditions right. I would love some help, but be prepared to really hold my hand.
