Could someone get me some example code that allows the user to input their own information and submits it and input it into a database and then pulls the content out of the database and publish it on the web? Sorry I'm so new to php!

google will give you hundreds of tutorials.

http://www.tutorialized.com This site has over 1100 tutorials on it that will get you started. Start with one thing at a time, then once comfortable with it, move on to the next item. Start with the introductory tutorials, then move into the form building tutorials, then move into the database tutorials etc. They will break things down for you most of the time and explain why they did what they did.

I doubt anyone will code it for you though as what you are asking for is a little more involved than just a few lines of code.
