Weird results when exporting to Word

Exporting PHP/MySQl to Word with no problems except...

After setting all the font properties, why does Word sometimes open showing the font at 12pt one time and 31pt the next? It happens sporadically and after re-exporting the document it's fine. It happens once in a while, but I was wondering if anyone knew why this happens.

Sorry, but I don't have the code readily available right now. Anyway, I'm using the typical "header('Content-Type: application/msword');". The program works fine (then why am I posting?🙂), but Word sometimes hiccups on me.
