where should i put thread related to php5,last time i visited there was forum called php5?

Put it wherever the thread is most appropriate in the PHP Help category. PHP5 is now the normal major version of PHP, so there is no specific forum for it.

PS:

What we have done is change that forum's name to a more descriptive and generic one, "Upgrading PHP", as the original intention all along was that the forum deal with issues relating to moving from PHP4 to PHP5, not PHP5-only issues. And now the more generic title allows it to also include migration to PHP6 as and when that becomes an issue for people. (See this thread for the discussion which led to this change.)
