local mailing list... help

hi all
please can anyone help where can i find a php script like the following

It is a local mailing list >> meaning that an admin can send a message to his local site users .. Or group of user .. the message can have attachments
The messages are not sent to there emails But only to there local mailbox in the site

any of the mailing list scripts out there would be fine, just only send to [e-mail].

Your unlikely to find one that has a option of limiting sending to one domain, but it wouldn't be hard to mod it to do that, or if your adding the addresses, you don't need to.
