PHP Troubleshooter

Hi all

Not exactly a noob but not an expert either

looking for help with a web based troubleshooter
or at least somewhere to start

I have created a hard coded troubleshooter done in html and css

eg.

What problem do you have?
(Drop down)
PC doesnt work (radio button)
Printer doesnt work (radio button)
Nothing on screen (radio button)
etc.

(Submit button)

On selecting an option (eg PC Doesnt work)

Is the PC turned on?
Yes (radio button)
No (radio button)

(Submit button)

On selecting and option (eg No)

Please turn the computer on!
Did that work?
Yes (radio button)
No (radio button)

(Submit Button)

Selecting an option (eg Yes)

As you can see not terribly difficult but I dont know where to start

I dont want to hard code the questions and answers
and would like it to be done via a web based form.

so far I have been running with

question ID being the basic ID of the mysql entry
A Statement being eg Did that work?
the question being the question
answer 1 - 3 an option of 3 questions
url or ID being a relation to either a previous or next question
ie if answer was A go to question ID 5

Hope I have explained it well enuff

Ya know. There is the concept of a bump. I have helped a number of people on this forum. There is a number of regulars that frequently help also. Sometimes a post goes unanswered because it would involve too much time (here's my 1000 lines of code, tell me what's wrong.) Sometimes, it's because it's described so badly, people just think, "Man, don't even want to figure out what he/she is saying." However, often, the people who would be most likely to answer your post are just not reading that day. Or sometimes, there are a lot of posts and yours falls quickly to the bottom where it's not read. Anyway, there are a lot of reasons why. I don't profess to know why yours went unanswered but there is no harm (especially after 9 days) for you to bump your post with something like, "Hey guys anybody got a suggestion or two for me?" or even a simple "bump" would suffice. While insulting the everyone in the forum provided you with your bump well (got my attention, I came in to read) it certainly doesn't improve your chances of anybody going out of their way to answer your questions.
