HELP! PHP Mail Isssue (MIME)

I just switched over to a new webhost and the only issue so far is that the MIME request is not working on Outlook and any text email readers. If you look at the message in Yahoo or GMail it looks fine (html) but outlook 2003 you only see this (below). This was working fine before i switched over to my new host. Any ideas?
