Hello. I recently visited/read a separate post on this subject, (FFMPEG installation assistance), but the topic was a little over 2 yrs old.
Really need some help to meet a personal goal deadline.
(Currently manually encoding and uploading)
Problem:[INDENT]- Haven't a clue to what I need to install on my server for video encoding.
- How do I install what I need ( I know. I don't know what I need)

Goal:
- (*NO FLASH!!) Convert/encode uploaded video into .divx format. <-- Support for 720p video.
