[RESOLVED] text editing bar

hello.
i'm looking to make a text editing script for a html web page.
the thing is that i want to put a text editing bar like in this picture.maybe not that complex; fonts, size, style, text color and align settings should be enough.can you give me some tips where i can find a script with some guide to install it?

That sort of thing is generally handled with a JavaScript based solution, such as TinyMCE or FCKeditor. (Google on either to find all sorts of info.)
