I have great success creating pdf forms with php. Now I would like to be pointed to an example of including a field that is entered by the user and then validating the contents of the field.

.doc may have pic
I "print" my .doc files to a PDF printer then import them into pdflib (php). If you need more explanation on how to do that, send me an email (todd@aristesoftware.com).
