Redirect...

After i have validated a form and it's passed some condition how is the best way to redirect my page???

I think the headers are already sent, connecting to a Database, sends an email and dones some IF checks...

so Header("index.php"); will not work will it? what are my options?

I always user header() Either to add a delay and display a "Info submitted" or whatever string momentarily and redirect or instantly redirect.

But I get the old error

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by

Then either:

Rearrange your code logic/flow so that nothing gets output to the client before you get to the point where you decide to redirect,
Use output buffering (see [man]ob_start[/man], etc.), or
Use a single control script that includes/requires the result/form/whatever page as needed, instead of doing any redirects.

You could use this HTML code:

<meta HTTP-EQUIV="REFRESH" content="x; url=blahblah.php">

Where x is the time in seconds, and obviously the URL goes where blahblah.php currently is.
