Trying to delete old account! please help!

I've been trying to delete an old account on this site for a while.

I don't have the password anymore, but I'd really just like to take it down.

I don't know where to go.. I contacted every available email @ phpbuilder and Jupitermedia/internet.com with no luck.

I recieved one reply from someone at Jupiter Media who said he would help, but still nothing.

Do you know what I might be able to do?

What I'm saying is, accounts are not deleted here. As is stated in the acceptable use policy, whatever you post to the forum you grant Jupitermedia perpetual nonexclusive right to display, which in plain English means what is posted to the forum, or input to it in any way, stays there.

I'm trying to delete a profile on the website, outside of the forum.

Do you know if there is someone I can contact for help with this? Such as a customer service dept..
