PDO or SQLite Functions?

Can you please tell me whether it's better to use SQLite functions (http://ca.php.net/manual/en/ref.sqlite.php) or PDO functions (http://www.litewebsite.com/?c=49#sqlite3).

Use the PDO extension. Besides the benefit of a (mostly) uniform PHP interface, the SQLite PDO driver is for SQLite 3, which is the current and updated version of SQLite (though there is a PDO driver for SQLite 2), whereas the SQLite extension is normally bundled with SQLite 2.
