Is there any way by which I can change the things written "inside" the pdf using PHP as it is done by desktop pdf editor applications...

    I am not sure if its what your after but this link seems to suggest it is possible with the correct libraries etc...

    http://modify-pdf.qarchive.org/ doesnt look cheap though!!! There might be some OS versions out there if you trawl the web.
