For some reason I am gettign the same errors. Any help would be great!

My code is simply and without white space:

You have a blank line or some other whitespace at the top.

And please do not revive old threads unless you have something important to add to the discussion.

Make sure your editor is either saving the file as plain text or as UTF-8 without the BOM.

Triple checked. No spaces, nothing abve the <?php (really I promise).

I am running php4, could that be it? If not (as requested) I will use a new thread instead of continuign this one - Thanks

How do I check the byte order mark? I tried creating this file using the html settings in MVS08 and using notepad. Thanks for all of your help on this.

You would need a more powerful text editor (e.g., Notepad++), or use a hex editor.
