How would I go about making a rating system like the one with 5 stars on youtube? I know I'd use php to update the rating in the mysql database, but how would I go about with the visual effects?
Well, that's nothing more than just creating a star image, and linking it to "rate.php" and in that link sending the rating. It's essentially 5 separate links, with a css style telling the cursor to be default.
