Countdown timer

Hello all,

I don't know much about PHP but I need a to install this exact countdown timer (see attachment) on my site.

I need just the minutes and the seconds. Does anyone have any code or script they can give me or point me to a site that may have this? Also, can I get it in orange like that?

I thank you all in advance. I have been hunting for hours now but can't find out how to do this.

I think this would fall under Javascript.. otherwise, you would need a script that hits the server very often, as PHP is server side technology while Javascript is client side.

So I would do a Google search on javascript count down timers.
