Form Help

Alright, I have a simple contact form made and it includes Name,Email and Message. I'm wanting to add a field that will contain the item the user is contacting me about but I want it filled by server when they click the link next to the item. How can I do this?

You need to be a little clearer. What exactly are you trying to accomplish?
