Hi,
I have setup a signup box on my Wordpress blog that should only appear the first time a user visits the site, however currently it appears once and then every subesquent time a user visits a new page, they get a 404 error page appear.
I've uploaded the header from my blog and another PHP file used in the operation. Please can someone take a look and tell me what I'm doing wrong?
