Add 10hrs to DATETIME?

Hi,
New to php.
How can i change
$date_modified = $db->f("date_modified", DATETIME); to show a time 10 hours ahead.
eg
$date_modified = $db->f("date_modified", DATETIME+10hrs);????
The time on my website shows usa (ARIZONA) time instead of GMT

That's difficult to answer without knowing what the DATETIME constant actually is. If it is a usual UNIX timestamp (seconds since the "UNIX epoch"), then you could simply add (106060) to it. If it is something else, then we'll need to know what it is.

i entered $date_modified = $db->f("date_modified", DATETIME(106060)); but no joy.
I am hosted on a linux server. I know I'm useless help🙂
I am completely guessing if thats even right.

If it is a UNIX timestamp, then you need to add the time to it:

$date_modified = $db->f("date_modified", DATETIME + (10*60*60));
