Need help for changing a line in a e107 plugin

hi everybody .
i wanna use this shop plugin for e107 :

sasan.parsaspace.com/shop.zip

but the problem is a line that i want to change or remove , that is this :

this line appears at the bottom of page .

i just found this line in api.php file and changes it , but nothing happend , it stays on Powered by Persian e107 & ZogoShop !
I think it's coded by the owner .
Can anybody help me changing this line ?

I'd suggest searching all the files in the plugin for "Powered by Persian e..." and if that doesn't work, search for base64_decode( on a static string, and just remove it.

Although the line is there for a reason. They don't want you to remove it.

Yeah , thanks man , it's base64 decoded .
Can you help me decoding this strings ?
I wanna change this line .
