Pulling All Product Information From Amazon Database?

Hi there,

I'm not even sure if this is possible, and if it is, I'm not certain that it'd be done using PHP. Nevertheless, please try and help me out!

I'm looking to create a custom website that pulls information for all music products (CDs) from Amazon, and places the info in a MySQL database on my server, so that I can display all information on my website how I'd like to display it. I'm looking to open up a store that sells all of the CDs currently available on Amazon, and obviously manually entering every record will be completely infeasible.

Please try and assist me with this, and if anything's unclear, I'm happy to elaborate.

as you could browse, your php code could browse, and list all the links on a site.

fopen if allowed to open remote files, might get the source codes for php...

but you must process the source code if you wanted to get the cd-s details,
it must have regular expressions knowledge! Updateing program is necessary to less the duplications of your database.

So you could solve it 🙂

It's certainly possible with PHP. Whether it's legal or not is another matter entirely.
