IE:
Click on File > Send > Page by Email,
Opens the entire page(html) to send via outlook.
Can I have this functionality available through a Submit button? Using PHP or Javascript or by any other means?
Email client is either MS Outlook or Outlook Express.
The client requires the email to be sent only through any of the above mentioned email clients for several reasons, like using the Active Directory, Address Book and Sent Items archive. This is a secured internet site that will have thousands of machines accessing.
I have scoured the internet but cannot find a solution. I would think that it would be possible since javascript "window.print()" can send to system printer driver, why not email client mailto:
