PHP contact form sending blank emails

hi all, i must start by saying i know pretty much no php, when i try and send a contact form from my site, it arrives blank apart from the subject,this is my code:

$subject = "Web Site Reply";



$headers = "From: " . $_POST["name"] ." ". $_POST["email"] . "<" . $_POST["phone"] .">\r\n";

$headers .= "Reply-To: " . $_POST["email"] . "\r\n";

$headers .= "Return-path: " . $_POST["email"];


$message = $_POST["message"];


mail($sendTo, $subject, $message, $headers);

?>

could it be an issue with my hosting?

Where is the form that supplies the message? i.e. Where does $_POST['message'] come from?

No, it is not your hosting ... if it was, you would have either gotten an error message that there is no path to sendmail or no error and no email.
