Wow, it seems like no one has a clue as to what's going on. Here it goes:
I tried overwriting my header.php file. Filezilla told me it overwrote it, but when I opened up my website in my browser, it hadn't changed a thing. I went to my directory directly from my browser, and opened up the file there. It was exactly as I wanted it to be, except without all the css of course. So then why does it come up differently in my browser? I emailed my host (yakkel.com), and the admin told me that he could see me logging into ftp, and he didn't see anything wrong. So I explained a bit more in depth, and he told me that it was a design problem, but I have my doubts. Does anyone know what could be occuring? Don't tell me to delete the file (because it doesn't delete) and reupload it (because it won't change). Please help me, I've asked so many people-- and no one has an answer.
