Hello friends ..This is my first post on this forum..hope to get a good response from all you guys....actually currently am working in a company for the last one month in the field of web developing using dreamweaver WAMP on windows system.but am more interested in doing the same thing in linux..so please suggest me the best alternatives of dreamweaver and WAMP in linux ..

There's always Eclipse, Aptana, Komodo IDEs and other IDEs (NetBeans) to use. Of course you could always use ViM, Vi, Nano, or any text editor (Kate, gedit) or any of the packaged items like BlueFish or Quanta+.

Just google search for software or have a look around Sourceforge for stuff. I know there was a discussion not long ago about Linux development. So search here as well.
