Best IDE?

Sorry if I'm posting this thread in the wrong section and if this question has been asked before (I bet it has)
I'm just looking for a freeware IDE. I had used Zend Studio long time ago (3+ years) and I really liked it. I've been away from the php world for a little while and want to come back.
I'm currently using PSPad and I like it, but I don't think it's as powerful as Zend Studio. At least, I don't feel it helps me a lot while coding.
What IDE do you guys recommend?
