create table header a hyperlink

hi my php script
i have created a table...
but i want that my table headers become a hyperlink...

I think i have to use anchor tag

echo "<TABLE border='1' bordercolor='#CAD8DC'>\n";
echo "<font face='Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif' size='2'>";
echo "<TR bgcolor='#CAD8DC'><TH>Type Of R</TH><TH>T A C</TH><TH>B[/B]</TH>
<TH>W P</TH>\n";

I basicaly want that wen i click on WP ( bold letters) should direct me to google.com

<TH><a href="https://www.google.com/">W P</a></TH>\n";

I tried this but it gives me a parse err!

Plz help and m new to this!!

I am searching ....
In the HTMl page i have created a text box and the search button..
and php script does the searching..
Now what i want is wen i get my output i still want to that search button and text box to be present ...so that the User doesnt have to press the back key and can again search.

Is it possible ???
