Dear forum,
I have seen a list that works like this: You type the first char, the list takes away every word except the words that begins on the char you typed. You continue to type and the list get smaller and smaller. You often find what you are searching for after 2-3 chars.
The problem is that I don't know what these lists are called. I want to build one in PHP for the search page in my photo gallery app. The problem I have right now is that my list have at least 1500 words and it takes a while to find the word you are searching for. So a list like this would be great. Can someone please point me in the right direction.
