A simple PHP question script.

Hi there,
I am trying to code a simple PHP script that asks a user his name. And when he clicks submit, on the next page it displays the following stuff:

Your Name is: (the name he entered)
Your Username is: (the name he entered)

If you guys can help me code the script i will be really thankful to you.

On the next page, this should work:

$name = $_POST['name'];

echo "Your name is $name";

the same technique can be applied to the other field(s)

Here is an example page to ask a full name, a username and a password,

before you write into the database, that check if that entry already in the table,
if the username and full name has set.

And in index.php it list all the users's fullname.
